She was born in Mesa, Arizona, on July 29th 1985 to Gary and Cecilia Rowley. At the early age of 5, Amber and her family relocated to the Philippines, where she would learn more about her mother’s Filipino heritage and later discover her passion for music.


As a kid, Amber was featured in TV commercials namely Goya, Hi-C and Aji-no-moto, and made guest appearances on That’s Entertainment. She was also a regular in Pen-Pen de Sarapen, a children’s show broadcasted by channel 9. She also successfully entered many different amateur singing competitions.

After high school, Amber moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue her singing career. She started off working with different touring groups, and doing background vocals for different artists such as Hillary Duff, Kashiff and others. In 2004, Amber was signed to NBA player Dale Davis’ record label, W.A.R. Entertainment. She recorded two singles for the movie soundtrack “Playa’s Ball.” After a successful contract, Amber moved to Osaka, Japan where she worked as a lead vocalist for the popular Rock & Hip-hop stage show “Enwhy” at Universal Studios. After finishing her contract with Universal, she signed a contract with Viva Records.

Amber is set to release her debut album, entitles “Feel Good Music” under Viva Records this May 2006. The album features 12 all-original songs, including the carrier single, “Manila”, an upbeat track which speaks of her wonderful and unique experience in the Philippines.

With the unique blend of American and Filipino influences in her culture and music, this Fil-Am charmer hopes to introduce a new sound not only to the Philippines, but to the rest of the world.
